On Facebook the GJBS saluted Harriet Tubman who died on 10 March 1903. Harriet Tubman was an abolitionist, freedom fighter, nurse and spy. She helped or was instrumental in freeing over seven hundred slaves. The Library of Congress has some resource material about her.
